What this involves
Property along Lake Kivu is changing hands faster than it used to, and prices vary enormously over short distances depending on access, water frontage and what is planned nearby. Someone who does not know the area can pay well over the mark without ever finding out. We broker on both sides. For buyers and tenants that means honest valuation, arranged site visits, and checking that the title is what the seller says it is before any money moves. For owners it means finding a serious buyer rather than waiting on passing interest. We are based here permanently, which is the point — we are still on this lake after the transaction closes.
